The electrolysis vessel is made of clear acrylic with embedded platinum electrodes in the bottom, and has internal dimensions of Ø 61 x 56 mm (160 mL). It is used for experiments with electrolysis, where hydrogen and oxygen can be produced from a liquid, typically a 1 M dilute sulfuric acid solution as electrolyte. Maximum supply voltage for the electrolysis is 5 V DC, connected via safety sockets. External dimensions are Ø 87 x 76 mm.

A small round water bath with a Teflon-coated steel tub and transparent dome lid at a very reasonable price. The outer dimensions of the water bath are 195 x 190 x 260 mm, while the tub measures Ø150 x 105 mm. The power to the water bath is turned on via a button on the back of the bath, after which the temperature and time can be set on the easy-to-read digital display on the front of the bath.
