Support, Warranty & Returns

PASCO 5-year Warranty for Education

Unless otherwise stated, PASCO-branded products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from ship date against defects in material and workmanship. The PASCO warranty does not extend to rechargeable batteries contained inside products or to any product containing a touch screen, products that have been subject to abuse, neglect, accident, and improper installation, or products that have been repaired or altered outside of our facilities except with prior approval.

Consumables and limited-life products (such as pH probes, ezSamples, membranes, fast-response temperature probes, alkaline batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, 9 Volt, Coin Cell), chemical solutions, software, printed materials, etc.) are excluded from the 5-year warranty, but they do fall under the 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Product-specific and additional warranty information is available upon request.

Rechargeable Battery (2) Year Limited Warranty

PASCO warrants rechargeable batteries built into new products and replacement rechargeable batteries to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase. It is normal for battery life, defined as the amount of time a device runs before it needs to be recharged, to decrease over time. This is not considered a defect in workmanship or materials. Please contact our Technical Support for replacement battery information.
