A low cost option for investigating electromagnetic induction and transformer principles.
The Primary Coil is wound with heavy gauge enameled copper wire with an approximate resistance of 0.5 ohms while the Secondary Coil is wound with fine enameled copper wire with an approximate resistance of 100 ohms. Both coils fitted with 4 mm sockets.
A galvanometer can be used with it to show the induced current.
