This accessory to the Energy Transfer-Generator generates electrical power from wind on a small scale. Students can learn about how a real wind turbine works and can vary propeller type and diameter, as well as the gear ratio between the propeller hub and the ET Generator.
To extend the investigation, students can design their own props or use other hobby propellers.
