Microscope FS-1 Plus, trinocular 60x
Trinocular microscope with semi-plan objectives that ensure high detail contrast and good color rendering, as well as minimal curvature in the periphery of the field of view. The microscope is equipped with a third tube, making it an obvious choice when taking detailed documentation of micropreparations and diagnostic findings in educational environments, as well as in laboratories and clinics.
Description
The four semi-plan objectives simultaneously allow good magnification of everything from insect parts to larger cell organelles. The eyepiece’s 10x magnification together with the objectives gives a total magnification of 40x, 100x and 400x and 600x.
Please note that the 60x objective can be used for observation of some bacteria, but is not suitable for procedures where bacteria need to be species determined or where small cell organelles need to be observed. The objective provides good clear magnification when studying blood and semen smears, etc. If higher magnification is desired, a 100x semi-plan objective for use with immersion oil (076885) can be purchased.
Focusing is done with coaxial coarse and fine screws on the side of the microscope that move the cross stage up and down. The light is built-in LED lighting that is adjusted via a knob on the microscope base, while contrast and depth of field are adjusted with a condenser and aperture under the cross stage.
The microscope is supplied with a dust cap.

Use of the product
