Set of eight representative fossils: trilobite, tooth from extinct shark, sea lily, brachiopod, ammonite, tooth from marine lizard, orthoceras and limestone with typical fossils from the Norwegian Cambro-Silurian. Supplied in a plastic box; fine specimens can be taken out and studied more closely. Composition may vary. Norwegian instructions included.
Use of the product
The fossils can be used in geology and science classes where students work with fossil formation, stratigraphy and paleoenvironments. Students can compare morphology, discuss evolutionary lines and time periods, and use magnifying glasses for detailed studies when classifying.
