Description
A simple but well-functioning device for demonstrating elastic and inelastic shock in two dimensions. Since the fall time to the floor is independent of any horizontal starting speed, the horizontal distance traveled can be converted to relative speed, after which impulses can be calculated.
The set consists of curved ball end with mounting bracket, two steel balls 12 mm, one glass ball 12 mm, and one hollow wooden ball 25 mm. Also plumb line and plumb line.
