All hardware is supplied and will be serviced under manufacturers warranty conditions. The purchaser is responsible for checking warranty conditions.

All software is supplied as is under the license conditions. The licensee is responsible for reading those conditions and by installing the software accepts those conditions.

CIDER HOUSE ICT does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product/s. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product/s covered by consumer guarantees, especially if CIDER HOUSE ICT has given advice on the product ordered or if it was a Special Order Item/s.
